A. Request to amend parking restrictions along Walker Street at STEM Academy

 

Request to amend parking restriction Chapter 630-41 Schedule G, Parking, Stopping or Standing, No person shall park, stop or leave standing any vehicle for any purpose at any time upon the following highways or parts of highway.

 

  • Location: Walker Street, Westside from the south right-of-way of Military Road south 150 feet

Request to amend parking restriction Chapter 630-43, Schedule I, Bus Loading Zones, The following locations are designated bus loading zones and no person shall park a vehicle other than a passenger bus in any bus loading zone, except temporarily for the purpose of taking on or discharging passengers, unless parking is allowed by official signage, in which case the signage shall take precedence.

  • Location: Walker Street, westside, from a point 150 feet from the south right-of-way of Military Road south 485 feet

B. Request to designate Bus Loading Zones at Waters Elementary

 

Request to amend parking restriction Chapter 630-40, Schedule F, No Parking at Specified Times, No person shall park a vehicle during the times specified on the following streets.

  • Location: Wabash Avenue, Westside from the north right-of-way of E. Thirteenth Street north 25 feet 
  • Location: Wabash Avenue, Westside from the south right-of-way of E. Thirteenth Street south 25 feet 
  • Location: Wabash Avenue, Eastside from a point 95 feet south of the south right-of-way of Thirteenth Street north 190 feet

Request to add parking restriction Section 630-43, Schedule I, Bus Loading Zones, C. From 6:00am to 6:30pm on weekdays, The following locations are designated bus loading zones and no person shall park a vehicle other than a passenger bus in any bus loading zone, except temporarily for the purpose of taking on or discharging passengers, unless parking is allowed by official signage, in which case the signage shall take precedence.
 

  • Location: Wabash Avenue, eastside, from a point 125 feet south of the south right-of-way of E. Eleventh Street south 275 feet
  • Location: Thirteenth Street, East, northside, from a point 30 feet east of the south right-of-way of Vine Street east 295 feet

C. Request to add Limited Time Parking Restrictions East 13th Street

 

Request to add parking restriction Chapter 630-40, Schedule F, No Parking at Specified Times, No person shall park a vehicle during the times specified on the following streets.

  • Location: Thirteenth Street, East, Northside from the east right-of-way of South Park Avenue to the west right-of-way of Wabash Avenue

D. Request to add No Left Turn restriction on Wettstein Avenue at Stow Street and at South Brooke Street at South Military Road.

 

Request to add restriction “No Left Turn” in accordance with Code of Ordinances Section 630-3, Through highways and controlled intersections, D. Restricted Turns, (1) No Left Turn.

  • Location:  On Wettstein Avenue at Stow Street from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm on school days.
  • Location:  On South Brooke Street at South Military Road, anytime.
